Founded in 1996 by Cecilia Magday Lozares, RMT, a distinguished Saint Louis University alumna (1978-1979) who dedicated 35 years to her alma mater as a Clinical Laboratory Supervisor and Faculty Member, LM Academy began its journey as the LM Heritage Review Center. The name "LM Heritage" proudly stood for "Louisian Mentor," reflecting Ma'am Cecilia's deep connection to her university and her initial focus on guiding aspiring Medical Technologists in Baguio City. Pioneering the review center landscape in the region, LM started with a small but dedicated group of 16 enrollees from Saint Louis University.

From its inception, LM was driven by a commitment to provide unparalleled learning experiences and mentorship. This dedication quickly bore fruit, with LM producing board topnotchers in its very first and second years. The following two years cemented LM's reputation for excellence, achieving the coveted 1st place in the Medical Technologist Licensure Examination for two consecutive years, alongside consistently securing other top 10 placements. Building upon this legacy of success, LM continued to empower countless aspiring MedTechs over the years.
